Eugene Mullins

Eugene Mullins, 73, of Harts, WV, departed this life on Thursday, August 1, 2019 at the Select Specialty Hospital, Charleston, WV.

He was born August 20, 1945 in Harts, WV, a son of the late Charlie and Stella Mae (Spry) Mullins.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Van Mullins and Paris Spry, wife Betty Mullins, one son, Jonathan Mullins, two brothers, Sidney Mullins and Ersel Mullins, one sister-in-law, Lula Mae Mullins, one great nephew, Michael Mullins and his in-laws, Frank and Flora Workman.

Eugene enjoyed watching westerns, working on cars and visiting friends.

Those left to cherish his memory include three sons, Ronnie (Angie) Mullins, Charlie (Andrea) Mullins and Keith Mullins; one step-daughter, Angela Baisden; daughter-in-law, Rebecca Mullins; one brother, Leonard Mullins; nineteen grandchildren, Ronnie Jr (Virginia) Mullins, Vernon Mullins, Courtney Brussel, Tiffany Brussel, Tyler Brussel, James Bryant, Flora Runyon, Christian Bryant, Donald Ware Jr, Brittanie Ware, Austin Miller, Caiden Mullins, Easton Mullins, Blaine May, Jonathan Mullins Jr, Damian Mullins, Leeandra Mullins, Auden Mullins and Savanah Mullins; five great grandchildren, Isabella Brussel, Vincent Brussel, Sophia Mullins, Ronnie Mullins III, and Arthur Mullins; special caregiver, Amanda Cooper; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

The family would like to give a special thanks to Trinity Healthcare Services.

Services will be held at 1:00 pm, Monday, August 5, 2019 at the Mudfork Freewill Baptist Church with Elbert Collins Jr and Mike Mullins officiating. Burial will follow at Mullins Family Cemetery, Buckfork of Harts, WV.

Visitation will be on Monday, August 5, 2019 from 11:00 am – 1:00 pm at the the church.

Pallbearers will be James Bryant, Austin Miller, Ronnie Mullins, Charlie Mullins, Willie David Adams, Michael Farley and Caiden Mullins.

Freeman Funeral Home, Chapmanville, WV is in charge of the arrangements.
