Erma Francis Mullins, 68 of Branchland, WV, departed this life on December 22, 2024, at 11:11pm at her home from a long term illness.

She was born April 13, 1956, in Logan, WV, the daughter of the late Clyde Mullins and Mae Hensley Mullins.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one son, Christopher “Critter” Hallam; two sisters, twin sister, Elva Bryant and Inda Bryant; and two brothers, Frank Mullins and Bill Mullins.

Erma leaves behind five kids, 17 grandchildren and one great grandchild, who were her pride and joy. Anyone who knew Erma Knew she was all about her grand kids.

Those left to cherish her memory and hold her close to their hearts include her five children, Marvin Hallam, Clifford “Allen” (Rachel) Hallam, Timothy “Timmy” (Ashley) Hallam, Jason (Amy) Hallam and Sarah Chaney; 17 grandchildren, Braden Hallam, Christopher Hallam, Cadence “Cada” Hallam, Austin Hallam, Dakota Hallam, Arriah Hallam, Elli Coleman, Addi Coleman, Justin Hallam, Kendra Hallam, Makayla Hallam, Preston Hallam, Bentley Hallam, Tyler Hallam, Isaiah Hallam, Ruthie Gaver and Macy Gaver; one great grandchild, Nyla Kirkendoll; five brothers, Roy (Judy) Mullins, Monroe (Annie) Mullins, Millard (Beth) Mullins, James (Sue) Mullins and Adam Paul Mullins; and a host of nieces and nephews who will miss her dearly.

Services will be held at 1:00pm, Tuesday, December 31, 2024, at Freeman Funeral Home with Lewis Sheppard officiating. Burial will follow at the Bryant Cemetery, Midkiff, WV.

Visitation will be on Tuesday, December 31, 2024, from 12:00pm to 1:00pm at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be family and friends.
