Eddie Bell Sr, 90, of Big Creek, WV, departed this life on September 14, 2020 at his residence.

He was born March 13, 1930 in Big Creek, WV, the son of the late Elbert H. (Lizzie) Bell & Maggie Bell.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Marlene S. Bell “Babe”; three sisters, Florida Bell, Wynonna Thomas, and Corella Fye; and five brothers, Hansford Bell, Clerk Bell, Nathan Bell, Cletus Bell and Wetzell Bell.

Eddie enjoyed reading the bible, teaching God's word, evangelism and spending time with family.

Those left to cherish his memory include two daughters, Cathy Ann (Dale) Reed and Gerrie (Roger) Allen; three sons, Eddie “Butch” Bell Jr, Thomas Bland, and Carl (Mary) Ross; one special sister in-law, Linda (John) Sandillo; grandchildren, Julie (Rodney) Smith, Michael (Brandie) Smith, Jennifer Allen, Joshua, Cheyanne, Lewis, Alexis, Alyvia, Alannah, Dale Jr and Alysha; great grandchildren, Tylere (Alexandri) Christian, Tara, Ethan and Brianna; great-great grandchild, Konnor Christian; and a host of nieces and nephews.
