Donnie Miller

Donnie Miller, 78, of Danville, WV, departed this life on Wednesday, October 16, 2019 at Thomas Memorial Hospital, South Charleston, WV.

He was born March 1, 1941 in Lick Creek, WV, a son of the late Elmer & Myrtle Miller.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one sister, Dorothy Broughton, one brother, Paul Chambers and his in-laws, Emory Burgess and Betty Perdue.

Donnie enjoyed fishing, hunting, wood-working and spending time with family.

Those left to cherish his memory include his wife, Sharon Miller; one daughter, Amanda (Joshua) Cregger; two sons, Larry (Tracy) Miller and Steven (Janet) Miller; two sisters, Lois Jean Little and Phyllis Guise; three brothers, Jimmy Chambers, Dennie Miller and Doug Miller; six grandchildren, McKinley Gilkerson, Madesyn Font, Joe Miller, Kamden Miller, Gabriel Cregger and Calliope Cregger; and four great grandchildren, Isabella Font, Maicie Font, Eden Miller and Ayda Miller.

Services will be held at 1:00 pm, Sunday, October 20, 2019 at Freeman Funeral Home with David May officiating.

Visitation will be on Sunday, October 20, 2019 from 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm at the funeral home.
