Denise Gail (Adams) Farley, 69 of Chapmanville, WV, departed this life on November 24, 2025 at the Hubbard Hospice House in Charleston, WV.

She was born October 5, 1956 in Logan, WV the daughter of the late Wilburn & Julia Adams.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Johnny Adams and Douglas Adams, one sister, Patricia Adams and her father and mother-in-law, Ossie & Ruby Farley.

Denise enjoyed working with flowers, gardening and doing crafts. She loved her dog, Buddy.

Those left to cherish her memory include her husband of 50 years, Henry Neil Farley; one sister, Deborah Ruth Adams; two brothers, Dennis Adams and Joseph Adams; her dog Buddy; and a host of nieces and nephews.

Services will be held at 1:00pm, Wednesday, December 3, 2025 at Freeman Funeral Home with Rev. Roscoe Chafin officiating. Burial will follow at the Forest Lawn Cemetery, Pecks Mill, WV.

Visitation will be on Wednesday, December 3, 2025 from 11:00am – 1:00pm at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be family and friends.
