Delmus Gene Conley

Delmus Gene Conley, 64, of Chapmanville, WV, departed this life on June 24, 2021 at his residence.

He was born March 27, 1957 in Logan, WV, the son of the late Rodolph and Irene (McCoy) Conley.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one daughter, Cassandra Claudine Harvey, four brothers, Glen Conley, Freddy Conley, Harry Dale Conley and David Lane Conley, two sisters, Reba Bryant and Kathy Conley, one grandson, Paul JayLon McMaster, four nieces, Sharon Osborne, Castina Estep, Argolis Fowler and Dalana Elhart, one nephew, Billy Fowler and his mother-in-law, Ada Adkins Moore.

Delmus enjoyed fishing, hunting, spending time with his family and grandchildren. He loved watching westerns.

Those left to cherish his memory include his wife, Deborah Kay Conley; seven children, Delmus Cecil Conley, Melissa Reann Conley, Justin McMaster (Kayla), Amanda Wascavage (William), Paul Jason McMaster, Rayvon Rain Wascavage and Ivory Jade Wascavage; twenty-one grandchildren; one sister, Mabel & Alfred Conley; his father-in-law, James Moore; his sister-in-law, Mary Conley; and a host of nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00pm, Monday, June 28, 2021 at Freeman Funeral Home with Van Collins officiating. Burial will follow at the Glen Conley Cemetery, Chapmanville, WV.

Visitation will be on Monday, June 28, 2021 from 12:00pm until 1:00pm at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be family and friends.
