Delilah Frye

Delilah Riffe Frye, 72 of Logan, WV departed this life on October 11, 2023 at St. Mary's Medical Center, Huntington, WV.

She was born July 5, 1951 in Logan, WV the daughter of the late Matney Riffe and Goldie Vaughn.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son-in-law, Tony Mullins; siblings, Della, Dora, Doris, and Johnny Riffe, and Deloris Roberts.

Delilah is a special lady. She loved with her whole heart. She never met a stranger and always offered them a helping hand. Delilah was known as a “holler mom” and second mom to many. She has always loved all of her babies and spent all her life taking care of others. Delilah loved working on her special projects. Those projects was usually to make someone else feel special and loved.

Those left to cherish her memory include her daughter, Crystal Mullins; son, Matthew Frye; grandchildren, Dristen Mullins and Krysteea Mullins; special little companion, Sunny; and a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, and several close and dear friends.

Visitation will be on Thursday, October 19, 2023 from 6:00 to 9:00pm at Freeman Funeral Home.

Services will be held at 2:00pm, Friday, October 20, 2023 at the funeral home with Curtis Gibson officiating.
