Debra Lynn Toler, 73 of Chapmanville, WV, departed this life on January 28, 2026 at her residence.

She was born September 6, 1952 in Logan, WV the daughter of the late Cush & Katherine Vance.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Victor Paul Toler, and her father and mother-in-law, Ted & Virginia Toler.

Debra enjoyed spending time with her family, traveling to Tennessee with her grandchildren when she was able, attending church and visiting with friends.

Those left to cherish her memory include two daughters, Sebrena (Douglas) Casey and Amiah Toler; one son, Anthony (Deana) Toler; one sister, Sandra (Richard) Sparks; three grandchildren, Lucille (Angela) Casey, Kamron Casey, Mesha (Nicholas) McGlothin; and her special sister-in-law, Peggy Toler.

Services will be held at 1:00pm, Wednesday, February 4, 2026 at Freeman Funeral Home with Van Collins officiating. Burial will follow at the Workman – Toler Cemetery, Workman Fork at Harts, WV.

Visitation will be on Wednesday, February 4, 2026 from 12:00pm until 1:00pm at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be Anthony Toler and other family and friends.
