David Paul Aldridge

David Paul Aldridge, 94, of Ranger, WV, departed this life on Friday, January 20, 2023 at his residence.

In addition to his parents, he was born September 29, 1928 in Gill, WV, the son of the late Connie and Iva Mae Aldridge.

He was preceded in death by his wife Opal Aldridge and sister Dorothy Gue.

David enjoyed working around his house, going to church, reading his bible and spending time with his church family. David served in the United States Army.

Those left to cherish his memory include grandsons, Phillip Sadler and Donald Downing.

Services will be held at 12:00pm, Monday, January 30, 2023 at the Ranger Full Gospel Church with Clifford Vance officiating. Burial will follow at Saunders Cemetery in Ranger, WV.

Visitation will be on Monday, January 30, 2023 from 11:00am until 12:00pm at the church.

Freeman Funeral Home, Chapmanville, WV is in charge of the arrangements.
