Curley Williams, 79 of North Fork Road, Chapmanville, WV, departed this life on December 26, 2025 at St. Mary's Medical Center, Huntington, WV.

He was born October 23, 1946 in Ranger, WV the son of the late Ed Williams and Stella Rakes Williams.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his grandparents, Frank & Alice Williams and Franklin & Leota Rakes, sisters, Jewel (Leonard) Rainwater, Linda (Bob) Hager, Pearl (Jay) Bradley, Lucille Williams and Barbara (Bill) Oneal, brothers, Ervin (Elenor) Williams, Clifford (Sheila) Williams, Earl (Brenda) Williams, Danny Williams, Arthur Williams, Wilburn Williams, David Wilson and Roger Wilson, brothers and sisters-in-law, Virgil Knipp, Patty Williams, Donnie Wollum and Sheila (Clifford) Williams, his father and mother-in-law, Hestel & Irma Wilson and his beloved pet Snowflake.

Curley loved playing the guitar, music, being outside and antiquing. He also loved spending time with his grandchildren, working on his car and his dogs.

Those left to cherish his memory include his wife, Patricia Williams; daughter, Michelle Williams (David) Brown; sons, Bobby (Holly) Williams and Michael (Brittany) Williams; grandchildren, Kimberly (Josh) Hansen, Brennan Williams, Andrew Williams (Maddie Phillips), Gabe Williams and Brilee Williams; great grandchildren, Bryson Hansen, Addison Hansen and Aubree Williams; sisters, Brenda (Gary) Griffin, Arlene Knipp, Cathy (Steven) Trimble, Peggy (Donnie) Wollum, Stella (Eddie) Hager, Joyce (Bobby) Rollyson, Jewell Lynn (John) Short, and Rosetta (Mike) Keith; brothers, Virgil (Mary) Williams, Lester (Jeanie) Williams, Danny Williams, Freeman Williams, Rodney (Kristy) Williams, Ed Jr. (Melissa) Williams, Larry (Sherry) Wilson, Steve (Maureen) Wilson; his beloved pet, Oreo; special cousin, Billy Williams; and a host of nieces and nephews.

The family asks that in lieu of flowers donations be made to Freeman Funeral Home to help with arrangements.

Services will be held at 1:00pm, Friday, January 9, 2026 at Freeman Funeral Home with Jeff Mosteller officiating. Burial will follow at the Guyan Memorial Gardens, Pecks Mill, WV.

Visitation will be on Friday, January 9, 2026 from 11:00am until 1:00pm at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be Bobby Williams, Michael Williams, Brennan Williams, Andrew Williams, Gabe Williams, John Hager and James Hager.
