Crystal Rose Mullins (Nottingham), 38 of Chapmanville, WV formerly of Peach Creek, WV, departed her earthly home on Sunday, August 4, 2024 at Logan Regional Medical Center.

She was born June 29, 1986 in Plymouth, Indiana, the daughter of Mary Mullins of Peach Creek and the late Gregory Mullins Sr.

In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her grandparents, Harold and Dorothy Farmer and Hazel and Madgie Mullins and one nephew, Eli Mason Robinson.

Crystal enjoyed spending time with family and friends and four-wheeling.

In addition to her mother, those left to cherish her memory include one son, Trent-Michael Xavier Mullins “Michael Padgett” of Man, WV; her life partner, Christopher Nottingham of Logan; sisters, Cindy (David) Robinson of Chapmanville, Melissa (Andre) Celmer, Melinda Jackson, Tessa Mullins and Tanya Mullins all of Indiana; brothers, Michael Mullins of Logan and Gregory “Buddy” Mullins Jr of Indiana; special cousin, Otis Young Jr of Indiana; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Services will be held at 7:00pm, Friday, August 9, 2024 at Freeman Funeral Home.

Visitation will be on Friday, August 9, 2024 from 6:00pm until 9:00pm at the funeral home.
