Courtney Canterbury Obituary
Courtney Rachelle (Hager) Canterbury, 28 of Dingess WV, departed this life on August 29, 2021 at Logan Regional Medical Center.
She was born July 1, 1993, in Logan, WV the daughter of Anthony Baisden and Connie (Robbie) Pack.
She was preceded in death by her grandfather, John S. Baisden, grandmothers, Margaret Hager and Linda Fleming, and her great grandparents, Barbara Hicks, Charles and Ersie Finley.
Courtney enjoyed four wheeler and motorcycle riding, taking care of her animals and her children Johnny, Cheyanne, and Isabella.
In addition to her parents, those left to cherish her memory include her husband, Isaac Canterbury; one daughter, Cheyanne Mahone; one son, Johnny Mahone II; one stepdaughter, Isabella Canterbury; two brothers, Michael Baisden and Addison Messer; grandfather, George Hager; and her in-laws, John and Janie Canterbury.
Services will be held at 1:00 PM, Wednesday, September 8, 2021 at Mount Hope Freewill Baptist Church with Michael Bryant officiating. Burial will follow at the Finley Family Cemetery, Dingess, WV.
Friends may call Wednesday, September 8, 2021 from 12:00 pm till 1:00 pm at the church.
Pallbearers will be Michael Baisden, Patrick Marcum, Jonathan Fleming, Billy Newsome and Robbie Pack.
Honorary Pallbearers will be her friends.
Freeman Funeral Home, Chapmanville, WV is in charge of the arrangements.
