Clancy James Ortega, infant son of Juan Ortega of Los Angeles, CA and Madelyn Duty of Wayne, WV departed this life on December 9, 2025 at WVU Hospital, in Morgantown, WV.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Danny Nathaniel Duty.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his grandparents, Rebecca Duty, Daniel Ortega and Lydia Ortega; sisters, Sophia Ortega and Sylvia Ortega; brothers, Remyhton Ortega and Owen Ortega; aunts, Cassidy, Julia, Lindsey, Brandy, Brooklyn, Cadence and Elizabeth; and his uncles, James “Big Boy”, Elias and Robert.
Son, nephew, brother, child;
Although you blessed earth with life only for a while,
You live on in cosmos,
In joy, in memory,
In your mother and father's smile.
Your name will never fade,
Until we hold you again one day.
