Chrystal Gail Starkey

Chrystal Gail Starkey, 49 of Chapmanville, WV, departed this life on September 20, 2021 at Logan Regional Medical Center.

She was born November 15, 1971 in Man, WV the daughter of the late Jack and Alma Pritchard Starkey.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one daughter, Melissa Rhoden, one sister, Joice Vlackand two brothers, Pete Starkey, and Lawton “Jack” (Linda Sue) Starkey.

Chrystal enjoyed spending time with her dog, Baby Girl, her kids and her grandson Caelin that was the light of her life.

Those left to cherish her memory include her companion, Donald “Jr” Blankenship; two daughters, Linda Starkey and Alisha (Destiny Collins) Starkey; one son, Justin Speer; one special niece, Sara Adkins; three brothers, Robert “Bob” Starkey, Cletis “Sonny” Pritchard (Laura), and Bobby Starkey (Glenda); and two grandchildren, Caelin Starkey and Josh Eugene Blankenship.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00pm, Saturday, October 2, 2021 at Freeman Funeral Home with Mike Aleshire officiating. Burial will follow at Forest Lawn Cemetery, Pecks Mill, WV.

Visitation will be on Saturday, October 2, 2021 from 12:00pm unitl 1:00pm at the funeral home.
