Charlotte Mae Williams

Charlotte Mae Williams, 61, of Big Creek, WV, departed this life on March 10, 2020 at Logan Regional Medical Center.

She was born August 29, 1958 in Logan, WV, the daughter of the late George Johnston and Charlotte Ellis.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one daughter, Candice Johnston and one sister, Debbie Johnston.

Charlotte enjoyed traveling, baking and spending time with family and friends.

Those left to cherish her memory include her husband, Roy “Dale” Williams; one son, Dwayne Johnston and his wife Crystal; two step children, Garnet Williams and Richie Williams; five sisters, Connie Kelly and her husband, Larry; Linda Vance, Judy Porter, Hilda Johnston, and Kathy Johnston; three brothers, James, Jerry and Ernest Johnston; three grandchildren, Kaleb Damron, Jessica Wiley and her husband Curtis and Richard “Bub” Williams; three great grandchildren, Harlen and Hayden Wiley and Kenzie Fleming; and her special friend, Greta Roberts.

Services will be held at 1:00 pm, Saturday, March 14, 2020 at Freeman Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Forest Lawn Cemetery, Pecks Mill, WV.

Visitation will be on Friday, March 13, 2020 from 6:00 – 9:00 pm at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be family and friends.
