Charles “Chuck” McCormick, 68 of North Fork, Chapmanville, WV, departed this life on April 16, 2024 at his residence.

He was born April 19, 1955 in Madison, WV, the son of the late Darrell & Peggy McCormick.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters, Donna Vannatter and Sandra McCormick.

Chuck enjoyed riding his Harley, spending time in his garage, spending time with family and close friends and listening to music.

Those left to cherish his memory include two sons, Nathan McCormick of North Fork, Chapmanville, WV and Nolan (Kelsey) McCormick of Iowa; two grandchildren, Damian and Owen McCormick; two nieces, Tonya (Traci) Vannatter and Sarah Vannatter; one nephew, Ian Shriver; and his extended family in MI.

Services will be held at 1:00pm, Saturday, April 20, 2024 at Freeman Funeral Home with Rev. Jeff Mosteller officiating. Burial will follow at the Forest Lawn Cemetery, Pecks Mill, WV.

Visitation will be on Saturday, April 20, 2024 from 11:00am until 1:00pm at the the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be Robert Harmon, Charley Vance, Jerry Vance, Jeremy Kimbler, Teddy Hager and family.

Freeman Funeral Home, Chapmanville, WV is in charge of the arrangements.
