Charles Ray Farmer

Charles Ray Farmer, 75, of Henlawson, WV, departed this life on Thursday, May 20, 2021 at Logan Regional Medical Center.

He was born April 12, 1946 in Henlawson, WV, the son of the late William and Mary Farmer.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, James Farmer, Harold Farmer, Joe Farmer, and Jr. Farmer; and sisters, Barbara and Jewell.

Charlie enjoyed hunting, fishing, gardening, fourwheeling, and spending time with his family and friends.

Those left to cherish his memory include his wife, Lola “Tuty” Farmer, one daughter, Mellissa Adkins and Tracy “BJ” Adkins of Henlawson; one son, Tim Farmer (Alexandria Raines) of Verdunville; four grandchildren, Shelby Adkins, Alexis Adkins, Dakota Adkins, and Blake Farmer; along with a host of nieces and nephews.

Services will be held at 1:00 pm, Sunday, May 23, 2021 at Freeman Funeral Home with Joey Kennedy officiating. Burial will follow at Highland Memory Gardens, Chapmanville, WV.

Visitation will be on Sunday, May 23, 2021 from 12:00-1:00 pm at Freeman Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be friends and family.
