Chad Farley, 50 of Chapmanville, WV, departed this life on November 4, 2025 at his residence.

He was born May 1, 1975 in Logan, WV the son of George Farley and the late Helena Farley.

In addition to his mother he was preceded in death by his uncles, Robert Carter, Craig Carter, Timothy Carter, Dallas Carter, and Jerry Dale “Todd” Carter and aunts Rosa Lee Bell and Wanda Tackett.

Chad enjoyed fishing, watching sports, the Dallas Cowboys, and spending time with his son Chad Michael Farley. He enjoyed talking with his friends in his internet group.

In addition to his father those left to cherish his memory include his wife, Stephanie Dawn Farley; one son, Chad Michael Farley; one sister, Rebecca (Kenny) Curley; one aunt Flora Jane Coberly; and two nephews, Kenny Curley Jr. and Issaac Curley. 

Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 15, 2025 from 1:00PM-2:00PM at the Freeman Funeral Home.

Memorial Service will be held at 2:00pm on Saturday, November 15, 2025 at the funeral home with Johnny Steel officiating
