Cassandra "Sandy" K. Tomblin

Cassandra “Sandy” Tomblin, 44 of Harts, WV, departed this life on April 15, 2022 at Verdunville, WV.

She was born February 15, 1978 in Logan, WV the daughter of Terry & Joy Bryant of Harts, WV.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Donald & Minnie Bryant and Earsel & Annie Mullins and her father-in-law, Odie Tomblin.

Sandy enjoyed spending time with family especially her daughter, shopping, and decorating her house. She was a member of Mt. Home Freewill Baptist Church. Recently Sandy accepted a position with the Logan County Sheriffs Department.

In addition to her parents, those left to cherish her memory include her husband of 25 years, Jason Tomblin of Harts; her daughter, Kaylee Tomblin of Harts; two sisters, Christina (Bo) Berry of Chapmanville and Heather (Jonathan) Triplett of Lake, WV; mother-in-law, Frances Tomblin; brother-in-law, Odie (Sabrina) Tomblin; sister-in-law, Stephanie (William) Vance; and her nieces and nephews, Alex (Hollie) Berry, Chase Berry, Jeremiah Triplett, Alexis Triplett, Grace Keffer, Josie Adkins and Sy Tomblin.

Services will be held at 2:00pm, Saturday, April 23, 2022 at Freeman Funeral Home with Ray Messer and Steve Kirk officiating. Burial will follow at the Bryant Cemetery, Harts, WV.

Friends may call Saturday, April 23, 2022 from 12:00pm until 2:00pm at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be Bo Berry, Alex Berry, Chase Berry, Jonathan Triplett, Odie Tomblin and Sy Tomblin.

Honorary pallbearers will be Braxton Dolin and Jeremiah Triplett.

Freeman Funeral Home, Chapmanville, WV is in charge of the arrangements.
