Billie Ann Franklin, 69 of Omar, WV, departed this life on August 17, 2024 at her sons residence.
She was born August 8, 1955 in Logan, WV the daughter of the late Bill Hendricks and Tellie Bailey.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one son, Marcus Franklin and one daughter, Angela Franklin.
Billie Ann enjoyed spending time with family and friends. She loved her dogs and cats and always brought smiles to everyone around her.
Those left to cherish her memory include her son, Brandon Franklin and his wife Kayla; sister, Linda Smith; brother, Pete Sheppard; grandchildren, Savannah Mileto, Brie-Eyre Copley, Tyler Mileto and Branson D. E. Franklin; step grandchildren, Nathan Vance and Abby Vance; great grandchildren, Kayden, Tensley and Freya Copley; and a host of other family and friends.
