Beulah May Harris, 93 of Lake, WV, departed this life on Thursday, September 9, 2021 at Hubbard Hospice House.
She was born July 10, 1928 in Ethel, WV the daughter of the late Noah and Vada Hager Adkins.
In addition to her parents, She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Harris; her daughter, Linda Dillon Baldwin; her son, Carlos Lee Gore; her late husband, French Gore; her grandson, Jesse “Moe” Baldwin; her granddaughter, Angela Baldwin Briggs; brothers, Bobby Adkins, Raymond Adkins, Othar “Chet” Adkins, Dallas Adkins, Roy Adkins, and Ezra Adkins, and her sister; Merrill Moore.
Beulah enjoyed listening to gospel music, attending church when she was able, spending time with her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
Those left to cherish her memory include two sons, Ray (Kathy) Gore and Jeremy (Becky) Baldwin; one sister, Jewelene Wooten; nine grandchildren, Bobby Baldwin, Penny Baldwin Brown, Carl “Porky” Baldwin, Beverly Baldwin Lusk, Misty Gore Lusk, Peggy Gore, Shannon Gore Albright, Shaun Gore, and Christopher Baldwin; 19 great-grandchildren; and 7 great-great grandchildren.
Services will be held at 1:00 PM, Monday, September 13, 2021 at Freeman Funeral Home with Van Collins officiating. Burial will follow at the Forest Lawn Cemetery.
Friends may call Monday, September 13, 2021 from 12:00 pm until 1:00 pm at the Freeman Funeral Home.
Pallbearers will be Mike Brown, Nathan Lusk, Smiley Lusk, Jared Baldwin, Zack Baldwin, and Shaun Gore.
