Annetta Sue Plumley, 85 of Ranger, WV, departed this life on April 7, 2026 at her residence.

She was born July 17, 1940 in Lincoln, WV the daughter of the late Burgess & Louisa Wiley Moore.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Arthur Plumley, son, Arthur “Art” Plumley, brother, Sammie Moore and son-in-law, Jim Stacy.

Annetta enjoyed watching birds and game shows, listening to oldies music and playing with her grandchildren.

Those left to cherish her memory include her daughters, Lesa (Lib), Teresa (Danny), Delphia (Bill), Linda (Harold) and Helen (Richard); sons, Marley (Lois) and Stanley (Jaime); two grandchildren she raised as her own, Spicy (Charlie) and Amy; grandchildren, Dewayne, Adam (Leanne), April, Josh (Keisha), Shane (Jennifer), Brittany (Shang), Daniel (Heather), Jennifer (Brett), Brandon (Sarah), Megan (Randy), Jessica (Damien), Natosha (Franklyn), Kayla, Sammy (Krystal), Camilla, Howie (Amber), Shawnita (Ricky), Chris (Breauna), Amanda (Brandon), Sabrina, Luke, Amberly (Chris); great grandchildren, Addison, Cierra, Nate, Liam, Braxton, Kayden, Payton, Kenzie, Sullivan, Joseph, Lexi, Calista, Andrew, Kaylee, Grayson, Reagan, Lincoln, Lucas, Arabella, Mason, Ava, Wrenley, Cooper, Charlee, Brandon, Weston, Karli, Kaydrie, Autumn, Summer, Richard, Kutter, Madison, Marley, Riley, Emily, Jordan, Sophia, Bonnie and Remington; great-great grandchildren, Kayson, Madelyn and Oakleigh.

The family asks that in lieu of monetary donations, that donations be made to your favorite charity in her memory.

Services will be held at 12:00pm, Wednesday, April 15, 2026 at Freeman Funeral Home with Hoss Farley officiating. Burial will follow at the Webb Cemetery, Ranger, WV.

Visitation will be on Tuesday, April 14, 2026 from 6:00pm until 9:00pm at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be family and friends.
