Albert Hood Obituary

Albert Hood, 81, of Ethel, WV, departed this life on November 5, 2020 at the Parkview Health and Rehabilitation, Pikeville, KY.

He was born March 23, 1939 in Ethel, WV, the son of the late Clyde Hood & Susie Belcher Hood.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife of 21 years, Linda Hood, two sisters, Jean Ward and Winnie Mullet, and three brothers, John, Terry and James Hood.

Albert loved going to church and spending time with his grandson.

Those left to cherish his memory include his daughter, Carol (Ben) Lesher; grandson, Gregory Kent Lesher; and a host of nieces and nephews.

Memorial services will be held at a later date.

Freeman Funeral Home, Chapmanville, WV is in charge of the arrangements.
