Wilma Louise Elliott

Wilma Louise Elliott, 89 of Crawley Creek, Chapmanville, WV went home to be with her Lord and Savior early Saturday morning, September 15, 2018. She passed peacefully at home with her family at her bedside.

She was born July 27, 1929 at McBeth, WV, a daughter of the late John Lee and Sybil McNeely Belcher.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Homer Vernon Elliott, one daughter, Judy Elliott, four sisters, Irene Barrett, Betty Burgy, Janet Hicks, and Mary Belcher and one brother, Berthal Belcher.

Wilma Louise was a member of the Crawley Creek Freewill Baptist Church.

Those left to cherish her memory include her daughter and son-in-law, Sharon and Terry Dingess, with whom she resided; one brother, Kenneth (Marcella) Belcher of Massilon, OH; several nieces and nephews; and two very special friends, Sue and Mark Adams.

Services will be held at 2:00 pm, Thursday, September 20, 2018 at Freeman Funeral Home with Rev. Jerry Mann officiating. Burial will follow at Highland Memory Gardens, Old Logan Road, Chapmanville, WV.

Visitation will be on Thursday, September 20, 2018 from 1:00 pm – 2:00 pm at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be friends and church members.
