Wendy Hollona Hensley

Wendy Hollona Hensley, 39, of Chapmanville, WV, departed this life on Wednesday, May 9, 2018 at Pikeville Medical Center.

She was born August 25, 1978 in Logan, WV, the daughter of James Robert Carter of Crawley and the late Sandy Hensley.

In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by her grandparents, Stonewall & Hollona Hensley and Mollie Marie Carter.

Wendy enjoyed riding ATV's and motorcycles, traveling, singing karaoke, and spending time with family.

In addition to her father, those left to cherish her memory include, one daughter, Tiffany (Randy) Baldwin of Gilbert; two sons, Byron Foley of Gilbert and Brandon (Alexander) Bentley of Cincinnati, OH; four sisters, Tewsday (Charles) Laureano of Cleveland, OH, Bobbi Jo (Rick) Bowe of Boone, WV, Ginger Carter of Switzer and Rosalee (Riley) Evans of Switzer; one brother, Tylor James Carter of Boone; one special granddaughter, Baylee Jewell Baldwin of Gilbert; and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.

Services will be held at 12:00 pm, Tuesday, May 15, 2018 at Freeman Funeral Home with Billy Burton officiating. Burial will follow at the Hensley Cemetery, Browns Run, Harts, WV.

Visitation will be on Monday, May 14, 2018 from 6 – 9 pm at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be Riley Evans, Shane Hall, Michael Hall, Brandon Bentley, Ricky Ross and Anthony Pelkey.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to Tiffany Baldwin, HC 88 Box 164B Baisden, WV 25608.
