Vivian Gale (Lambert) Blevins

Vivian Gale Lambert Blevins, 69, of Chapmanville, WV, departed this life on Tuesday, November 26, 2019 at her residence.

She was born December 13, 1949 in Accoville, WV, the daughter of the late Brady Wilson Lambert and Della Mae Elkins.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her grandparents, Jennings Lambert, Margaret Queen, James Monroe Elkins and Myrtle Elkins, one sister, Edith Yvonne (Hank) Dingess, two brothers, Johnny Wilson Lambert and Ivan Brady Lambert, ex-husband, Danny Jerrell Blevins as well as the love of her life Oley Basyl Maynard.

Vivian enjoyed having her family together, spoiling each generation more and more, playing games on her tablet as well as TV trivia (to keep her sharp), baking and cooking only the best of the best while teaching us what makes it just right and loving on her great grandchildren.

Those left to cherish her memory include two daughters, Kandy Gale Blevins (Clifton Belcher), and Anita Faye Blevins; one son, Danny Jerrell Blevins, Jr; four sisters, Evelyn Kay Mounts, Garnet Faye (Otto) Conley, Freda Jane Lee (Jim Harless) and Joyce Marie Conley; three brothers, Wallace Lee (Gail) Lambert, Frank Monroe (Rhonda) Lambert and Larry Blevins; five grandchildren, Amanda Gail Stone (Chris), Buddie Jerrell Blevins (Shana), Anita Gale Blevins (Jeremy), Raven Dakota Vance, and Tara Dawn Blevins; twelve great-grandchildren, Trevor Anse, Buddie Scott, Trey Bernell, Jacob Allen, Chloe Leanne, Carter James, Gabriel Dakota, Bryce Jerrell, Piper Naomi Vivianna, Chloe Denise, Christopher Dean and Alex Cole; a host of nieces and nephews, and cousins; as well as several friends and family that were dear to her.

Services will be held at 11:00 am, Monday, December 2, 2019 at Freeman Funeral Home with Pastor Vivie Marcum officiating. Burial will follow at Forest Lawn Cemetery, Pecks Mill, WV.

Visitation will be on Monday, December 2, 2019 from 10:00 am – 11:00 am at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be Raven Vance, Buddie Blevins, Christopher Workman, Jeremy Thompson, John Lambert and Clifton Belcher.

Honorary pallbearers will be Kenneth Mounts, Danny Jerrell Blevins Jr and Shawn Mounts.
