Viola "Sissy" Mullins

Viola “Sissy” Mullins, 52, of Ethel, WV, formerly of Blair, WV departed this life on Monday, August 19, 2019 at Logan Regional Medical Center.

She was born October 20, 1966 in Logan, WV, the daughter of the late Basil Adkins and Adenia Pearl Hager.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her grandparents, Homer and Almeda Hager and Joseph and Viola Adkins, two brothers, Homer Eugene Adkins, and Oather Adkins and her special aunt and uncle, Jimmy and Judy Hager.

Sissy enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.

Those left to cherish her memory include one daughter, Christina (Charles) Killian; one son, Timothy “TJ” (Sherry) Mullins; one sister, June Toler; one brother, Ronnie (Beverly) Adkins; two grandchildren, Jaydon Killian and Isabella Killian; one step granddaughter, Hannah Street; special aunt, Virginia Gay Cook; and her special friends who assisted with her care, Iris Pearl Preece, Diane Adkins, Sandy Gillman and Clara Williams.

A memorial service will be held at Bright Star Freewill Baptist Church, Saturday, September 14, 2019 at 12:00pm, with Bazzil Goodman and Bobby Adkins officiating.
