Ronald Millard Anderson

Ronald Millard Anderson, 78, of Chapmanville, WV, departed this life on Monday, July 8, 2019 at his residence.

He was born March 1, 1941 in Baileysville, WV, a son of the late James Fred and Mildred Anderson.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one sister, Deanna (Glen)

Meade, one brother, Freddie Anderson and the mother of his children, Ruth Anderson.

Ronald loved his cars, doing yard work, bowling and playing cards. He enjoyed spending time with family and friends.

Those left to cherish his memory include his wife, Linda Anderson of Ohio; two daughters, Jill (Jeff) Spradling of Charleston and Rhonda (Jeff) Bryant of Chapmanville; one sister, Dreama (Gerald) Hogge of Huntington; three grandchildren, Todd Terry and his girlfriend Hanna Wooten, Jeffrey Lunsford and Sarah Blair and her boyfriend, Buck Johnson; his special friend and neighbor, Duke Boytek of Chapmanville; his cousin Lisa Freeman, that loved him dearly; and a host of other family and friends.

Memorial services will be held at 2:00 pm, Saturday, July 13, 2019 at Freeman Funeral Home.

Memorial visitation will be on Saturday, July 13, 2019 from 1:00 – 2:00 pm at the funeral home.

The family would like to thank Dignity Hospice for the loving care they gave Ronald in his time of need and the many phone calls, messages, prayers and food that was received.
