Rebecca "Beckie" Adams

Rebecca “Beckie” Adams, 50, of Proctorville, OH, formerly of Harts, WV, departed this life on Wednesday, June 6, 2018 at St. Mary's Medical Center, Huntington, WV.

She was born October 30, 1967 in Detroit, MI, the daughter of the late King E. & Edna M. Adams.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Lissie Mae Adams, grandparents, Jack & Dixie Mullins and George & Queeny Adams, three sisters, Delenda Ortiz, Sonja Johnson and Candie Ramey, and one brother, Cheyenne Adams.

Beckie enjoyed listening to music, spending time with her family and friends. She was always the life of the party and loved for the people around her to be happy.

Those left to cherish her memory include a host of nieces and nephews that she loved very much; and her special friend, Anthony Blair.

Services will be held at 1:00 pm, Monday, June 11, 2018 at Freeman Funeral Home, with Barney Goins officiating. Burial will follow at the Adams-Mullins Family Cemetery, Buck Fork, Harts, WV.

Visitation will be on Monday, June 11, 2018, from 11:00 am – 1:00 pm at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be Tyrus Masters, Dew Watts, Michael Watts, Jon Farley, Chris Adams and Clayton Masters.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Freeman Funeral Home to help with funeral arrangements.
