Randy Joe Vance

Randy Joe Vance, 58, of Wayne County, WV, departed this life on Thursday, October 25, 2018 in Wayne County.

He was born October 19, 1960 in Logan, WV, the son of the late Lee Vance Sr and Stella Mae Thompson Vance.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Ricky Dale Vance and James Timothy Vance, one sister, Lena DeWana Watts, and three nephews, Robert Vance, Dustin Spry, and Timothy Adams Vance.

Randy resided at Ten Mile with his brother Lee and sister-in-law, Vonda Vance. He enjoyed riding 4-wheelers, listening to music and spending time with family and friends.

Those left to cherish his memory include two brothers, Lee Vance Jr, and Charles Z. Vance; three sisters, Roxie Pelfry, Lititia “Lisha” Adams, and Cynthia Watts; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and many loved ones.

Services will be held at 2:00 pm, Saturday, November 3, 2018 at Freeman Funeral Home with Bro. Michael Paul Vance officiating. Burial will follow at the Vance Cemetery, Ranger, WV.

Visitation will be on Saturday, November 3, 2018 from 12:00 pm – 2:00 pm at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be Timothy Madden, Josh Vance, Johnny Vance, James Jr, Dillon Vance, and Dakota Madden.

Freeman Funeral Home, Chapmanville, WV is in charge of the arrangements.
