Paul D. McCloud

Paul D. McCloud, 69, of Harts, WV, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, May 26, 2019 at Logan Regional Medical Center.

He was born January 18, 1950 in Harts, WV, a son of the late George and Edith McCloud.

In addition to his parents, He was preceded in death by one sister, Dorothy Adams.

Paul was a devoted husband, father, and papaw. He was a faithful member of Hoover Church of Jesus Christ.

Those left to cherish his memory include his wife of 40 years, Almeda McCloud; two children, Daniel (Elizabeth) McCloud and Tena (Michael) Ferrell; three grandchildren, Ben, Cash, and Kylee Ferrell; two step grandsons, Albert and Cory Hoosier; one step great-granddaughter, Layken Hoosier; siblings, Violet Adams, Robert McCloud, Charlie McCloud, Thelma McCloud, Molly Calloway, Jerry McCloud, Gay Saylor, Nelda Wenson, Briza Mullins, and Danny McCloud; and special best friends, Arbie & Margaret Adkins; along with a host of nieces and nephews.

Services will be held at 1:00 pm, Thursday, May 30, 2019 at Hoover Church of Jesus Christ with Strylin Robinson, Jimmy Carter, and Dave McCloud officiating. Burial will follow at McCloud Family Cemetery, Harts, WV.

Visitation will be on Thursday, May 30, 2019 from 11:00 am- 1:00 pm at the Hoover Church of Jesus Christ.

Pallbearers will be Michael Ferrell, Ben Ferrell, Cash Ferrell, Albert Hoosier, Cory Hoosier, and Harold Mullins Jr..

Freeman Funeral Home, Chapmanville, WV is in charge of the arrangements.
