Patricia Lynn (Savage) Messer

Patricia Lynn Messer, 52, of Chapmanville, departed this life on Sunday, May 12, 2019 at Logan Regional Medical Center.

She was born June 13, 1966 in Columbus, OH, the daughter of Ken & Patricia Savage.

She was preceded in death by one sister, Tracy Savage; and her mother in-law Mary Messer; one brother in-law, Scott Messer; and her grandmother, Mamie Gillenwater and two beloved friends; Duke and Summer Thompson.

Patricia has grandchildren whom she loved very much. In her younger years she enjoyed gardening, playing games, and reading.

Those left to cherish her memory include her husband, Daniel (Snook-ums) Messer; two sons, Casey (Katie) Messer, and Brandon (Ashley Cook) Savage; two daughters, Brandy (Jason Adams) Messer, and Shana (John Breeden) Messer; one sister, Victoria Gillenwater; two brothers, Stacy Savage and Kelly Savage; five grandchildren, Gage, Hailey, and Lexus Adams, Saphira, and Jeremiah Savage; three special friends, Angela, Autumn, and Chelsea Thompson; two special nephews, Stephen, and Mikey Sparks; one special niece, Kristen Tomblin; and many more loving family and friends.

Memorial Service will be held at 7:00 pm, Wednesday, May 15, 2019 at Freeman Funeral Home with Ronnie Dingess and Thomas McComas officiating.

Visitation will be on Wednesday, May 15, 2019 from 6:00 pm until 9:00 pm at Freeman Funeral Home.
