Michael Ray Sinett

Michael Ray Sinett, 54, of Ferrellsburg, WV, departed this life on Saturday, October 13, 2018 at his residence.

He was born January 5, 1964 in Harts, WV a son of the late Virgil Gene Sinett and Deloris Ann Hatfield.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his grandparents, Ralph & Odna Sinett and Don & Arnie Harfield, his step-father, Leonard Nelson and his father and mother-in-law, Chalmon & Ethel Mullins.

Michael enjoyed going to church, cooking, making crafts and spending time with his family and friends.

Those left to cherish his memory include his wife, Kathy Sinett of Ferrellsburg; one daughter, Amber Michelle Sinett of Altizer; two sisters, Missy (Kenny) Johnson of Saw Mill and Sabrina (Lanny) Slazo of Turtle Creek; one brother, Cecil Nelson of Ferrellsburg; and his best friend of 41 years Roger Frye of Indiana.

Services will be held at 2:00 pm, Tuesday, October 16, 2018 at Ferrellsburg Church of God with Pastor Clifford Ellis officiating. Burial will follow at Mullins-Hager Cemetery at Leet, WV.

Friends may call Tuesday, October 16, 2018 from 12 – 2 pm at the church.

Pallbearers will be Lanny Slazo, Jackie Johnson, Cecil Nelson Jr, Chalmon Mullins, Milton Vance and Clifford Ellis Jr.

Honorary pallbearers will be Bennett Mullins, Crick Mullins, Herman Maynard, Caleb Blevins and Austin Vance.

Freeman Funeral Home, Chapmanville, WV is in charge of the arrangements.
