Marvin Edwin Rodney Jr, 84, of Limestone, WV, departed this life on Sunday, September 22, 2019 at Pikeville Medical Center.

He was born March 10, 1935 in Baltimore, MD, a son of the late Marvin Edwin Rodney and Margaret Rodney.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one son, Marvin Edwin Rodney III and one daughter, Anna Margaret Vickers,

Marvin enjoyed mowing the lawn and spending time with his wife.

Those left to cherish his memory include his wife, Reba June Rodney of Limestone; one daughter, Patricia (Wolfman) Woodrum of Big Ugly; two sons, Robert Rodney of Limestone and Lewis Gregory (Dottie) Rodney of Madison; grandchildren, Robert Rodney of Kentucky, Beth Vickers of Limestone, Josh Vickers of Ohio, Laura Vickers of Gilbert, Ashley Akers of Madison, Curtis Woodrum of Big Ugly and Joe Dingess of Madison; great grandchildren, Prestyn Michael Maynard of Madison, Jacob and Corey Wells both of Limestone, Taylor, Peyton, and Joshua Vickers of Ohio and Austin, Aiden and Paige Lester of Gilbert; and his special friend, Moe Adkins.

Memorial services will be held at a later date.
