Manuel Dalton

Manuel Dalton, 75, of Harts, WV, departed this life on Monday, June 10, 2019 at his residence, surrounded by his beloved family.

He was born February 16, 1944 in Harts, WV, a son of the late Carless Dalton and Mary “Trent” Dalton.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his grandson, Brandon Lee Dalton; sisters, Ina Simms and Silvia Williamson; brother Landville Dalton and special friends, Vernon Bradley and Donnie Ray Frye.

Manuel enjoyed Hunting, camping, fishing, playing with his grand-babies and spending time with family and friends.

Those left to cherish his memory include his wife, Roxie Ann “Phillips” Dalton; sons, Leroy (Rita) Dalton and William Dalton; daughters, Patricia (Glen II) Romans and Maryann (Justin) Kovach; sisters, Mazie (Leonard) Carter, Ellen Pierce, Geneva (Eddie) Paris; brothers, Calvin (Daria) Dalton, Arlie (Ona Mae) Dalton, Clifford (Bonnie) Dalton and Avin (Patty) Dalton; grandchildren, Courtney (Tyler) McClellan, Bradley Morrison, Daniel (Raechelle) Morrison, Casey Dalton, Carlee Dalton, Cammye Kovach, Kennadye Kovach and Sadye Kovach; great-grandchildren, Leelah Romans, Jaylah Neace, Pyper Morrison, Wyatt Morrison, Gabby and Abby Morrison; and special niece and nephew, Jeff and Lori Porter.

Services will be held at 1:00pm, Friday, June 14, 2019 at Freeman Funeral Home with Reverend Ottie Burke officiating. Burial will follow at Community Memorial Cemetery, Wayne, WV.

Visitation will be on Thursday, June 13, 2019 from 6pm - 9pm at Freeman Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be family and friends. Special pallbearers will be sons, son-in-law, grandsons and other special family members
