Manda Lea Woody

Manda Lea Woody, 93, of Lake, WV, departed this life on Wednesday, July 10, 2019 at Dignity Hospice House, Chapmanville, WV.
She was born March 5, 1926 in Lake, WV, the daughter of the late Joe and Stella Craddock Casto.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jim Woody, one daughter, Margaret Eloise Woody, two step-sons, Frank “Red” Woody and Samuel Woody, one step-daughter, Roseann Woody Bailey, one daughter-in-law, Rose Woody, one son-in-law, Roger May, four grandchildren, Brian Edward Woody, Billy Woody Jr, Cecil James Woody and Miranda Kaye Woody, one sister, Inzie Casto and four brothers, Gurt, Pert, Bob and Ollie Casto.
Manda enjoyed going to church, cooking, gardening and spending time with family.

The family would like to thank Dr. Bowen, Dr. Stollings, Dignity Hospice, Boone Memorial Hospital and Dignity Hospice nurse, Amelia Mendez, for your care of Manda.
Services will be held at 1:00 pm, Tuesday, July 16, 2019 at Freeman Funeral Home with Joe Lane officiating. Burial will follow at the Woody Cemetery, Lake, WV.
Visitation will be on Monday, July 15, 2019 from 6 – 10 pm at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be family and friends.
