Linda L. Hood

Linda Hood, 73, of Ethel, WV, departed this life on Wednesday, June 12, 2019 at Dignity Hospice House in Chapmanville, WV.

She was born December 22, 1945 in Bluefield, WV, the daughter of the late John and Edith Mitchell.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by four sisters and her first husband, Larry Kinser.

Those left to cherish her memory include her husband, Albert Hood; one daughter, Carol (Ben) Lesher of Ethel, WV; one son, Stephen (Joi) Kinser of KY; one sister, Shirley Jennings of Flint, MI; one grandson, Gregory Kent Lesher and a special mention to her church family of 5&6 Holden Freewill Baptist Church.

Memorial services will be held at 2:00pm, Sunday, June 16, 2019 at 5& 6 Holden Freewill Baptist Church with Reverend Larry Light officiating.

Freeman Funeral Home, Chapmanville, WV is in charge of the arrangements.
