Keith Edward Booth, 59, of Lake, WV, departed his earthly life on Monday, September 24, 2018 at his home on Isom Branch after an extended illness.
He was born September 15, 1959 in Logan, WV a son of Nellie Jean Booth of Chapmanville and the late Harry Booth.
In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by one brother, Darren Booth.
Before becoming disabled, Keith was a carpenter and plumber by trade. He had a love for the outdoors, mountains, wildlife and hunting. Keith loved his family dearly and will be missed by everyone who knew him. He graduated from Logan High School.
In addition to his mother, those left to cherish his memory include one son, Keiton Booth Tompkins of Chapmanville; one daughter, CherAimee Roblee of St. Albans; one brother, Gary Booth of Wharton; three sisters, Karen Stover of Chapmanville, Sharon Jeffrey of Alum Creek and Marianna (Kevin) Ball of Hewett; eight nieces, Kelly (Tony) Thompson, Adriana Booth, Bridgett Jeffrey, Brooke (Mikey) Gilliam, Lori (Josh) Baldwin, Kayla (Brian) Lane, Paige Booth and Alyx Stover; six nephews, Michael (Cassandra) Booth, John (Camille) Evans, Josh (Mia) Gordon, Hunter Booth, Vance Rudolph and J.D. Rudolph; and several great nieces and nephews, and many many special friends and neighbors.
A special thank you to Tom Pugh for volunteering to bring our mother from Florida for the service.
Services will be held at 1:00 pm, Saturday, September 29, 2018 at Freeman Funeral Home with Pastor Ginger Dials officiating. Burial will follow at Highland Memory Gardens, Old Logan Road, Chapmanville, WV.
Friends may call Saturday, September 29, 2018 from 12:00 – 1:00 pm at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be Mark White, Mark Jeffrey, Scotty Dials, Brandon Ellis, Tom Pugh, Clyne Dent and Timmy Jeffrey.
In honor of his love for children, the family asked that in lieu of flowers, a donation to a children's charity or simply doing a good deed for someone in need would be greatly appreciated.
