Kathy Christian

Kathy Christian, 72, of Harts, departed this life on Thursday, October 17, 2019 at Cabell Huntington Hospital.
She was born February 14, 1947 in Logan, WV, the daughter of the late Luther Dingess and Georgia D. Conley.
In addition to her parents, She was preceded in death one son, Larry Phillip Christian Jr.; two brothers, Frank and Minus Bryant; and one sister-in-law, Evelyn Bryant.
Kathy enjoyed fishing with her grandsons, spending time with her family and grandbabies, and going to flea markets.
Those left to cherish her memory include her husband of 52 years, Larry Phillip Christian Sr.; one daughter in law, Margaret Christian; one grandson, Larry Phillip (Carlie) Christian; two great-grandchildren, Trent and Carson Christian; two sisters, Fay (Bobby) Akers and Fannie (Chris) Lilly; one brother, John D. Bryant; two sister in laws, Gail Bryant and Reba Bryant; and a host of family and friends.
Services will be held at 1:00 pm, Monday, October 21, 2019 at Freeman Funeral Home with Lige Paulsen and Thomas Deskins officiating. Burial will follow at Browning Cemetery, Manns Knob, Harts, WV.
Visitation will be on Monday, October 21, 2019 from 12:00 pm until 1:00 pm at Freeman Funeral Home.
Pallbearers will be Michael Christian, William Christian, Quincy Christian, Joey Christian, Johnathan Christian, Jonah Dingess, and Jeremiah Dingess.
Freeman Funeral Home, Chapmanville, WV is in charge of the arrangements.
