Karen Sue Toth

Karen Sue Toth, 63, of Pigeon Roost, Chapmanville, WV, departed this life on Friday, December 6, 2019 at her residence.

She was born November 26, 1956 in Logan, WV, the daughter of Jeanetta Lambert and the late Carl Dallas Lambert.

In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her grandparents, Marion and Verdie Vance and William and Alma Adkins and her in-laws, John Paul Toth and Louie Paul Brooks and Joyce Brooks.

Karen enjoyed going to church, going on vacation and spending time with family. She took pride in her home.

In addition to her mother, those left to cherish her memory include her husband, John Gregory Toth; one daughter, Stephanie Rayna Hodges; two sons, Terry Allen Hodges and Brandon Allen Hodges; one sister, Diane (David) Townsend; three brothers, Carl (Karen Ann) Lambert, Darrell (Tonya) Lambert, Dallas Lambert (Nicki Goff); three grandchildren, Alexis Hodges, Jailyn Hodges and Gabriella Hodges; and her life long friends, Teresa Browning, Dinah Lowe and Betty Ellis.

The family would like to thank Amber Ellis and the staff at Living Waters Medical Center for all the love and care you showed.

Services will be held at 2:00 pm, Tuesday, December 10, 2019 at Freeman Funeral Home with Rocky Chafin and Curtis Gibson officiating. Burial will follow at Forest Lawn Cemetery, Pecks Mill, WV.

Visitation will be on Tuesday, December 10, 2019 from 1:00 – 2:00 pm at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be Shaun Townsend, Derrick Lambert, Cody Workman, Jacob Townsend, Josh Mullins, Tyler Moore, Hunter Lambert and Matthew Moore.

Freeman Funeral Home, Chapmanville, WV is in charge of the arrangements.
