Jerry Cook Obituary

Jerry Allen Cook, 67, of Ottawa, WV, departed this life on Friday, May 17, 2019 at his residence.
He was born December 23, 1951, a son of the late Tony and Ruth Cook.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sons, Jerry “JJ” Allen Cook Jr and Terry Cook, and his brothers, Jackie Cook, Jimmy Cook, Roger Cook and Bill Cook,
Jerry enjoyed hunting, fishing and spending time with his family and grandchildren. He loved animals especially his dog Mugzee.
Those left to cherish his memory include his sons, Tony Cook and Robert Cook; daughter, Melissa Miller; sisters, Clara Skeens and Donna Hatfield; fourteen grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren; and a host of family and friends.
Honoring his wishes he will be cremated with no services.
Freeman Funeral Home, Chapmanville, WV is in charge of the arrangements.
