Jason Daniel Smith, 42, of Leet WV, departed this life on Saturday, July 13, 2019 in Charleston, WV.
He was born May 19, 1977 in Huntington WV, a son of Carl “Bill” Smith and Gloria Smith of Leet WV.
Jason enjoyed playing music, singing, traveling and served in the United States Army.
Those left to cherish his memory include his two sisters, Mildred (Jim) Lawrence of Charleston WV, and Cindy (Michael) Duncan of Clarkton N.C.; two brothers, Douglas (Ramona) Smith of Milwaukee WI, and Paul David (Becky) Smith of Huntington WV; three nieces, Miranda, Makayla and Britney; and three nephews, Michael, Brock and Carl Douglas.
Services will be held at a later date.

Freeman Funeral Home, Chapmanville, WV is in charge of the arrangements.
