Brad Austin Kessler

Brad Austin Kessler 19, of Chapmanville, WV and Greenview, WV, left his earthly life and joined to his eternal life on May 2, 2019.

Brad loved his family and friends. His beautiful happy eyes and contagious smile will be treasured in our hearts and memory forever.

Brad enjoyed gaming, basketball, drawing, fishing with his dad, brother, popaw and friends and riding his motorcycle. He loved music and spending time with family and friends. Brad especially loved his mamaw Ann's fudge, his mom's mac & cheese and his grammy's food in general.

He was born on August 7, 1999 to Clayton and Suzanne Kessler of Chapmanville and Greenview, WV.

He was preceded in death by his paternal great-grandfathers, Thomas Kessler and Earl Cox, maternal great-grandparents, Jess Willard and Nannie Brown, Ronald Atkins and Nora Atkins and a host of uncles, aunts, and cousins on both sides of his parents family.

In addition to his parents, Brad is survived by his paternal great-grandmothers, Virginia Kessler of Chapmanville and Velma Cox of Willowood, OH; paternal grandparents, Bob and Deborah Kessler of Chapmanville, maternal grandparents, Jimmy “Abe” Atkins of Camp Creek, WV Anna and Fred Lovejoy of Rock Creek, WV; his brother, Brett Ryan Kessler; sister, Ashtyn Elyse Bias; brother, Bryston Tucker Kessler; his beloved Pomeranian, Rocco; his paternal aunt and uncle, Nicole (Steven) Adkins of South Charleston, Kevin Lynch of Poca and Brad's cousins, Garrett Lynch, Kameryn Lynch, Taylor, Lindsey, Brayden and Austin; maternal aunts and uncles, Ruth Ann Rose (Bobby Bennett) of Van, WV and Brad's cousins, Travis (Kisha) Rose and Cheyenne Rose.

A special thanks to Pastor Scotty Dingess from WLCOG and everyone who has prayed, cried, brought food, or assisted us in any way in this saddest hour of our lives.

Services for Brad will be conducted at Freeman Funeral Home on, Tuesday, May 7, 2019 at 2:00 pm with Pastor Ronnie Luke, Pastor Michael Davis and Special Speaker, Jacob Ferrell.

Visitation will be on Tuesday, May 7, 2019 from 12:00 pm – 2:00 pm at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be Brett, Travis, Garrett, Bob, Clayton and Chaston.

Freeman Funeral Home, Chapmanville, WV is in charge of the arrangements.
