Amy Marie Farris

Amy Marie Farris, 43, of Chapmanville WV, departed this life on Thursday, December 13, 2018 at her residence.

She was born June 7, 1975 in West Hamlin WV, the daughter of Gary & Patricia Browning of Chapmanville, WV.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Woodrow Clay and Curtis Browning.

Amy enjoyed singing, gardening, and tea parties with her grandkids, nieces and nephew. She loved God beyond all else.

Those left to cherish her memory include her grandparents, Juanita Clay of Chapmanville and Minnie Browning of Chapmanville; husband, Martin Rogers IV of Branchland; two daughters, McKaila (Chad White) Gillum of Chapmanville and Jayna Copley of Weston; one step-daughter, Abigail Rogers of Baltimore, MD; one step-son, Duncan Rogers of Baltimore, MD; one sister, Lisa (Casey) Dingess of Chapmanville; one brother, John (Tiffany) Browning of Mooresville, NC; two grandchildren, Autumn Gillum and Connor Copley; nieces and nephew, Levi Dingess, Brennan Browning, Kylie Mosley and Greyson Mosley; and her father and mother-in-law, Martin III & Melba Rogers of Hanover, PA.

Services will be held at 1:00 pm, Sunday, December 16, 2018 at the Kitchen Community Church with Rev. Arlie Bush Jr officiating. Burial will follow at the Adkins-Frye Cemetery at Harts, WV.

Visitation will be on Sunday, December 16, 2018 from 11:00 am – 1:00 pm at the church.

Pallbearers will be family and friends.
