Thomas Roy Adams

Thomas Roy Adams, 38 of Dingess, WV departed this life on Tuesday, October 17, 2017 at Logan Regional Medical Center.

He was born April 30, 1979 in Logan, WV a son of Betty Ann Adams of Logan, WV and the late Freeland White Adams.

In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his grandparents, Roy and Linnie Mae Powers Farris, and Tom and Eura Garnet Medley Adams, and his father-in-law, Euell Dillon.

Thomas loved being outdoors, and spending time with family and friends. He also enjoyed learning about and tinkering on vehicles, video games and racing.

In addition to his mother, those left to cherish his memory include his wife, Melinda Dillon of Dingess; one step-daughter, Kaylee Dillon of Dingess; one step-son, Donovan Muncy of Dingess; two sisters, Angela (William) Carter of Crooked Creek and Eura (Derrick) Miller of Chapmanville; two brothers, Freeland Jr (Julia) Adams of Belfry, KY and Adrian (Audrey) Adams of Chapmanville; and his mother-in-law, Margie Dillon of Dingess.

Services will be held at 1:00 pm, Monday, October 23, 2017 at the White Oak Church of Christ with Rev. Manasses Hensley Jr officiating. Burial will follow at the Adams Family Cemetery, White Oak, Chapmanville, WV.

Visitation will be on Monday, October 23, 2017 from 12:00 noon – 1:00 pm at the church.

Pallbearers will be William Carter, Derrick Miller, Adrian Adams, and Freddie Adams.

Memorial contributions can be made to Freeman Funeral Home to help with funeral expenses.
